I booked the ticket at MMT Customer care over the telephone. During the call the agent knew that i will cancel the ticket in future. So he has entered his MMT ID and booked the tickets.
I faced too much difficulty in contacting MMT during covid, and it was saying no Bookings on my mobile and my ID, Finally i called airlines and cancelled the ticket.
Since that day every week i am raising a ticket in MMT, they reply the refund will be credited in 3 days, but it is not credited to me.
I should get 6349 INR as refund from Air India, but i deserve full refund of my ticket at my booking card Rs 16335.

Please check the attachment as a proof that booking done by Shashank and refunded to him, who is an employee of MMT.
