[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — Cancellation not processed correctly | |||||
I have booking from Chennai to Vizag on Dec 9th morning flight. On the 8th Dec, I have partially cancelled the ticket online. It showed a service request number. I didn't save the screen shot expecting that email would be sent with the cancellation request. Unfortunately, I haven't received the email. When I called up their contact centre to enquire about the cancellation, they told me that the couldn't see the cancellation request. I raised a complaint with MakeMyTrip directly, got a same response saying they couldn't see the cancellation request. Was this information helpful? | |||||
