Reference my booking I had paid for the museum of future activity, it was cancelled by MMT, reason given was unavailability of tickets, this is very sad as I was looking forward to this activity, what upset me more was that I got the tickets online, why did MMT say that tickets were not available and upset me, this is very unfair especially when the tickets were available online, I was also willing to change my dates for this activity but even that did not work, I paid only after the tickets were confirmed, why did MMT charged me when they had not confirmed the tickets & why was I told that the tickets are confirmed, what if I didn't get the tickets online since it was too late. I should get compensation from MMT for causing a lot of stress to me by cancelling the activity when tickets were available. If this is the way my tour begins I am scared how it will end.
Please do the needful at the earliest & please ensure that I don't have any more problems during my trip.
I am a Doctor & with great difficulty I have manage to schedule this trip in between my work schedule, I don't want any hassles during the trip. Was this information helpful? |
