I have booked a flight ticket from Doha to Bangalore for a journey scheduled on 25th March 2020 through Makemytrip.com
The below are the details of the flight.
IX-476 - Doha to Kochi
IX-486 - Kochi to Bengaluru
But, 5 Days back, I received a mail from airlines stating that the flight service has been cancelled.
So, I want to cancel my ticket and I can do it only through makemytrip website. I tried connecting to the customer care for the past 4 days (atleast 5-10 times a day). But the support people are not attending my request and putting my call in hold.
When I call the support for new booking, they are responding immediately. I am highly unsatisfied and upset with the responses form the makemytrip support team.
I have raised my queries to chatbot MYRA regarding the issue. But it couldn't help me out.
There is an option provided in the website "Claim a Refund". But it is telling "Oops something went wrong" and I couldn't complete the process.
And also, there is no cancellation option provided in the site.
I have also tried contacting the airlines support. but there is no response from their side. Was this information helpful? |
