Hi team,
This is in regards to the booking that we have done, booking Id- NL[protected]. We have received a mail from the airlines stating that the flight is non operational and they are providing us an alternate option to chose from. We are not ok with the option provided and would like to cancel the booking.
We do not have the contact number of the person who has sent us this confirmation of the booking we have made through make my trip and have sent an email requesting for a call back which did not happen.
Request you to cancel the booking and provide us a complete refund as we would like to travel with comfort and cannot go ahead with the flight details the airlines has given us. This needs to be escalated as the cancellation policy doesn't support the changes made by the airlines and we have made the initial payment.

I had to literally call 50 times yesterday and have still not received any proper response from any of the agents from MMT on the issue raised.
This behaviour is forcing me to take an action and set a complaint at the consumer forum as you cannot cheat people like this by taking the complete amount that too for your mistakes and not refunding the amount even though when we want to cancel the trip 40 days in advance for valid reasons which were clearly discussed with Harshit Kumar Tiwari while the booking was done.
I need the refund status on this issue today if not you would see my reviews on MMT on all social media platforms and also on the consumer forum sight. Please stop testing our patience and do due diligence with this. Check the call recordings and then you would get to know everything. Learn to gain trust of the customer not to break their trust. And for God sake stop cheating people by taking cancellation charges for valid reasons and for your mistakes.
