I am a long term customer of Makemytrip and had booked the following tickets(for travel during the COVID lockdown). The details of the booking have been removed from my account as well, but i have saved the e ticket and invoice for the same. The refund for the tickets have not been processed until now.
a) Booking ID: NF[protected]- INR 17, 928 has not been refunded.
b) Booking ID: NF[protected]- INR 10042 has not been refunded.
c) Booking ID: NF[protected] -INR 6798 has not been refunded.
I got several messages saying that the refund has been initiated and will reflect in My wallet account or my bank account, but it has not been credited to either of these.
The customer care number is not working and there is no customer support email provided for raising such issues. This shows the pathetic customer support provided by a popular online booking company-Makemytrip. Was this information helpful? |
