[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — captured incorrect customer name | |||||
I made the bookings for my husband using makemytrip website on 14th february 2019. I put in all the details and verified the same for correctness. Once the ticket was booked i checked the name and noted that the login name was picked up as the traveller name onto the flight ticket. I tried calling makemytrip customer service and updating the same however the site asks to connect with the airlines to update the name and the airline suggests that the names cannot be changes as per the policy. Due to a bug on the makemytrip site which picks up the login name instead of passenger name i have lost about 7000rs. Was this information helpful? | |||||
