Dear sir/madam

I have completed my trip few hours back
I was made to understand that apart from toll tax and parking all other charges are included in the trip

Similarly i have paid all the charges, but my driver has taken rs 1300 extra from me on the pretext of night charges and fooding allowance, which i think is wrong on his part

For a three day trip i suppose all are included in the total price

Kindly look into the matter and get me the refund of rs1000 overcharged by him

We are sorry to read about the issue. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Further, in reference to your complaint, we have validated your case and found that the driver took extra charges for Inr 1300. Please be advised that, Inr 500 was charged for night charges. And Inr 800 was charged against the state tax. These are regular charges and are clearly mentioned on the cab voucher shared from our end. Request you to please refer the vouchers for clarifications. Hence, we humble deny to process any refund on this booking. We thank you for writing to us.
