[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — car rental and non refund and unethical practice | |||
I had booked a cab from faridabad to dehradun for the 30th sept 2017 and the pick up was at 4 am. The money was deducted and the confirmation mail i received from makemy trip. At 2:30am they sent a message saying that the booking was cancelled. It was very difficult to get another cab and their executive committed that they would pay for the charges and i would have to send the bill. Today i get a email stating that the issue is resolved and no refund has been processed. It is blatant cheating and it was a nightmare for me to book a taxi on the 30th. I was travelling with my aged mother who is77 years and we had to go to dehradun due to an emergency. The team is highly unprofessional and unethical. Was this information helpful? | |||
