[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — cashback never processed to my axis bank account

Mmtwed (Cashback coupon) : inr 1250.0 has not been processed to my axis bank on thu, jan 31, '19 for my roundtrip travel from bangalore to delhi on 13th april. It would have been reflected in 3-5 working days.
Mmt customer support told me it is been processed long back on 31st jan 2019 but my axis bank clearly told me that they never got any such transaction reached their server.

In reference to your complaint regarding cash back, we have validated the case and found that, the case back of Inr 1250/- has been processed from our end on 31-Jan-19 with a refund with a refund reference number# 75260829032026675240606. And same should reflect in your account as per your bank processing cycle. If in case it is still not reflecting then, we request you to please raise a dispute with your bank.

It is unfortunate to note that your recent experience with us has not been up to your satisfaction.
