[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — Cashback not processed | |||||
I had made a hotel booking with makemytrip in November and was due to recieve a cashback by December 4th. However, despite multiple follow-up mails and calls, there has been no response from the company. They have duped thousands of customers by advertising cashback on their website, which never happened. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Same thing happened to me. They were supposed to give cashback of 600 on each of my 20 bookings ( Rs 12000 cashback)within 10 days of checkout, and still haven't received a single penny let alone Rs 12000. I have called their customer care service and even written emails to resolve the issue but got no response from them. I'd say stay away from that cheater company.
