[Resolved]  MakeMyTrip India — Charged Airline cancellation fee for flight cancelled due to Covid Lockdown

As mentioned in subject, Makemytrip is not refunding remaining amount. The worst part is there is not way to connect to their customer support. Only way is through app and in that also its says amount refunded as shown in image attached. So provide a way to contact their support i.e., human beings instead of chatbots to solve this issue.
