This is a real mental torture from mmt. Despite of confirmed booking i am struggling to get my rooms.

Do we have any update on issue mentioned in mail below. I recieved a call today but issue remains unresolved. I didn't recieved any vouchers and the alternate suggested by mmt is sold out for those dates.
