Makemytrip planned a trip for us to go to gangtok lachung, peling and darjeeling and back to bangalore, the lachung got closed due to landslides, i had told makemytrip to rearrange the itinerary, they could not do this and didnt even take us to lachung, but we paid a premium for that place, my complaint is that makemytrip should refund the extra money they took for lachung package and they did not honor it Was this information helpful? | |||||
