MakeMyTrip India — checking not allowed in spite of full payment | |||
Sir i have booked 2 rooms for 2 days in kumbhalgarh capital o tiger valley resort, booking id is nh[protected] we have paid total amount of booking. But when we reached at hotel, they refused to give rooms when we call to nakemytrip they told there is issue with oyo and makemytrip so they cant give room after wasting 2 hours at last finally they told they cant give room in this resort and also nearby resirt. We have to manage by ourselves. They only can refund money and after arguement first they told 800 extra as mycash, but if we inquire other resort available minimum at 2500 per day per room while we booked room arround 1100 approx. So we have to pay 5500 more. Makemytrip staff also talked with our resort staff they told to pay 10000for 2 days so mmt refused that they cant pay, then they told to give 2890 as mycash immediately but till date we dont received this amount i have proof of recorded all call with mmt. Due to makemy trip our whole day wasted my four year child have to stay outsidw for 3 hours till we booked another hotel. Due to high rate of hotels we have to reduced our stay at kumbhalgarh from 2 days to one day. I am attaching my booking file for your reference. Was this information helpful? | |||
