today I got amount of INR 36, 023 deducted from my credit card ************5212 on the name of makemytrip.
Additionally my makemytrip account is also hacked .( No more; I can login eventhough I tried by resetting the password).
the message details photo is attached herewith.
plz do the needful to unapprove the amount.

I tried to book ticket from DEL to PAT on 1/6/2018 at 5:15pm. Rs.6801/- debited from my account but ticket was not booked. The message of transaction cancelled try again came.It happened twice and total Rs. 13602/- was debited. From bank I got message BILL [protected] MAKEMYTRIPPVTLTDWAP and BILL [protected] MAKEMYTRIPPVTLTDWAP.
What about refund ?
