[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — complaint about redeeming of "mywallet" | |||
Despite repeated attempts i was unable to redeem my wallet balance of rs. 2156. The pop up that came up each time expressed inability to redeem due to an error. Please note that i got a reminder at 11:11 am about mywallet bonus balance for rs. 1500 expiring on 31 january (Tomorrow). I am writing this confident that you will refund the rs. 2156 which was not deducted from my account as was required. Was this information helpful? | |||
