State : Maharashtra Complaint Against : make my trip Complaint : I had bookedmy air ticket (round trip) via make my trip from delhi to Mumbai for 9 april 2020and 14 april 2020 respectively. Due to lockdown the none-flight worked and returnedmoney to their respective platforms.I raised myconcern to MMT (make my trip) but they did not respond. Again I raised then theyagreed to return my money in their mmt wallet (which they moderate with therespect to the date of expiry of amount and all) and they returned my own moneyon 8 oct 2021 (almost after 1.5 years) again they put restriction on the mmt moneyfor 1 month. Still, I was fine with that. And the amount was credited on 8 Oct 2021 and was supposed to be debit or auto cut on 8 Nov 2021. Attachingthe screenshot. But when I openedthe app and tried to book the ticket with the mmt wallet, I saw the amountis not there. I raisedconcern about why did this happen they say it mmt time they can deduct the amount inany time of it. I had a conversation with mmt customer service executive named Bhupinder. He said youcan raise the concern to consumer forum but its mmt policy that they will takeany time money back in the day of 8th nov I want thatpolicy to read also at least they should mention that on their app as well I haveproof of everything Anybodyfrom mmt, consumer forum can ask for the same I want my moneyback.
