Your department is handling this issue from last one and half month and still not taken any decision.
I don't know or god knows how many months or year they will take to resolve it.
The room which they provided were Cozy room (same which you are talking deluxe category). Which has been provided me in my travel.
I have shared my room photographs and the package which was booked in hotel.
Also as per my words with hotel manager he told me Luxury Deluxe is different category and the Deluxe which was booked for me on my travel it is same Cozy room category. Literally it's quite unprofessional behaviour. Firstly, you guys made fake commitment and spoiled my special occasion and now telling me Luxury Deluxe and Deluxe category both are same. Did your executive didn't aware while he was booking my package, and providing me fake package and facilities. Did you map the facilities which mentioned in booking and the room provided. Did you checked the mail which MMT sent me and the mail which sent to resort rio. I have that copy of mail which you sent to Resort Rio. I get it from the hotel reception. There clearly mentioned you guys booked Deluxe Category instead of Luxury Deluxe and the facilities which you mentioned in mail was available only in Suit category. Also did you checked the calls which made by you executive, did you checked the call which I had on February 02, 2016, where your executive told me sir please take the room and share the room photograph along with the mail which initially sent to you on the time of booking, we will check it and refund the difference amount for it.
Literally it's quite humiliating to explain the complete scenario again and again to you. Also you responses, its almost completed one month but nobody called me regarding this scenario with the complete detail.
You are Yash. Can you please call me and explain me how both category are same.
I am not travelling first time.
I am regular customer of MMT Yatra and other online travel sites. But it a worst experience which I had with MMT.
Also regarding the amount which i paid extra, it's didn't refunded yet. can you please give me update regarding it.
Please compare the facilities which was mentioned in the mail and then ask to the RESORT RIO, is these facilities are available in LUXURY Deluxe room or not.
Then reply over it here.
