[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — complete payment has been consumed as cancellation fees | |||||
I have booked a hotel through make my trip application for my boss at accord metropolitan, chennai on 23rd oct'18 (Booking date) for his one day stay between 24th oct to 25th oct and successfully completed the payment for the booking. Unfortunately, my boss has missed his flight to chennai on 24th oct 18 morning and hence we have requested make my trip for cancellation of the same. But mmt has charged us the entire booking amount as cancellation charges along with tax & service fee which is unacceptable as they are promoting zero cancellation charge for mmt hotel booking. Also, we have escalated the issue to mmt through their customer support but their response was not satisfactory. Hence we would like to escalate it in this consumer complaint forum to get partial / full refund of my booking amount. Was this information helpful? | |||||
