I made a booking for a return journey from Melbourne to Bangalore form my corporate account of MMT, (myBIZ), and had to change the date of the return journey, I made several attempts on the MMT website, where the money for the date change got deducted but the date change never happened. As there was no support options, I was forced to go to MMT facebook page and raise a complaint, and I was told to pay through a link, which I paid (Rs.36000+), it has been 48hrs and there has been no response from MMT nor the dates have been changed.
