MakeMyTrip India — Delay in crediting MMT wallet amount to original payment mode

Sir, I have cancelled the air ticket and amount refunded to MMT wallet but request has been made to transfer it to original payment mode on 2nd Dec.2020. But still the said amount not yet credited to original payment mode till date which was suppose to be credited between 4 -7th Dec.2020
