[Resolved]  MakeMyTrip India — demanding extra payment more than package

Hi ‎
‎ i am taken quotation from representative and explain
That please make a two package in one package 2 aduit
‎1 kid (10 year) and 1 kid (1 year) and second for 2 aduit ‎
Because we have gift card and only 3 card is used in one ‎
Transaction so please make two package ‎
They give me above quotation yesterday in inr 143, 167 for 6 traveller (S) inclusive of all taxes
Fri, 4 may'18 to tue, 8 may'18 and give me two ids ‎

And says me please done payment todays your package is ‎
Done after discount 131669 ‎
We done 50000/- in one id and 25000 in second one
Today when we says we ask that why the amount is ‎
Not decrease of my done payment she says ‎
That there is two packages charges one for (Flight & hotel)‎
And second for car is separate ‎
I am ask that in your packages there is car detail and also ‎
Show all detail in packages so why i am pay extra ‎
She says this is not include in your packages ‎

This is cheating and fraud done by make my trip ‎
Representative and make my trip with me ‎

Please see my issue and resolved my issue asap
Otherwise we are taken serious action on this ‎
This is fraud and cheating which is done with me
Because make my trip take extra charges with me ‎
After we done payment and increase amount ‎
