[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — Denied boarding | |||||
I was to travel with my wife from new-york to detroit on 23rd, april by spirit airlines, confirmed return ticket booked by make my trip agent-mr. Arun kumar on 30/03/2016. The total amount of money asked by the agent was transferred by me online into make my trip account. The confirmed tickets with booking id - in1603b0s222279 were issued. But to my utter surprise, when we reached the airport to board the flight, i was told by the spirit airline representative that you can not board the plane, as the money has not been transferred into our account by make my trip. We kept on calling make my trip from usa but neither got any response, nor any other action was taken. I have been writing to their consumer complaint cell for the past two months, but no refund of money and compensation as yet for the loss & misery i faced. Was this information helpful? | |||||
