MakeMyTrip India — did not receive refund for cancelled ticket booked in mmt

I cancelled the ticket before 10 days of the journey date i.e., Dec 13th 2020. Attached screenshot has the details of the refund amount I am supposed to receive which is Rs:11193

Haven't received any refund and no option to raise the complaint.
