[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — Did not received refund in my credit card after cancellation for past 3 weeks | |||||
MakeMytrip really sucks. I had cancelled my booking on Jan 2nd 2017 and I did not receive the refund until now Jan 19th 2017. When I speak to customer service, I get very bad response and do not know when I will get refund. I am really disappointed with makemytrip service. Refund amount is huge. It is INR 10498. Please help. Here are my details. Refund Status Booking ID NF[protected] Cancellation number IN1701R0S2863379 The Refund has been successfully processed. It say on website but did not receive the refund. I contacted bank where I hold my credit card and they did not receive the refund.
