[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — Did not received refund in my credit card after cancellation for past 3 weeks

MakeMytrip really sucks. I had cancelled my booking on Jan 2nd 2017 and I did not receive the refund until now Jan 19th 2017. When I speak to customer service, I get very bad response and do not know when I will get refund. I am really disappointed with makemytrip service. Refund amount is huge. It is INR 10498. Please help.

The Refund has been successfully processed. It say on website but did not receive the refund. I contacted bank where I hold my credit card and they did not receive the refund.

Hence we request you to check with your bank for the same with ARN number.
