On 31may, 2017 I tried to book train ticket and duing the process the fee was deducted but the booking failed. The refund process was initiated but till now no progress has been made. I have filed a complaint but they havent replied even after 24 hrs of filing complaint. I tried calling the customer care support but nobody has bothered to pick up a call. I have wrote mails to Deep Kalra and others too but no progress has been made. No reply nothing. The refund mail also shows the refund amount to be Rs.0. Below are the details of refund.
