[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — didnt receive new ticket after changing the date (already paid date change fees) | |
I have booked a ticket on 8th july(booking id - NN[protected]. Later i tried to change the date to 5th july(i am okay to travel on 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 6th july anyday). I recieved a whatsapp communication from make trip that date change amendment is succeful. But after waiting 3 to 4 days, i didnt got my ticket. I raised a ticket with make my trip(reference number[protected]. They told me it will be solved, but there are some issues and all.In the last communication with make my trip they told they will communicate with airlines and see what they can do. Please solve this issue as fast as you can. I still have belief in make my trip. Thankyou Was this information helpful? | |
