1. On 21/02/2016 I logged into your web site to make a return booking in name of Prity Lahri from Mumbai to Jaipur.
2. I selected flights for booking as per details below:
a. 4th march 2016 – Mumbai to Jaipur – G8-391
b. 21th march 2016 – Jaipur to Mumbai – G8-392
3. After selecting the flights I navigated to payment page of your web-site to make the payment. I provided debit card details of my HSBC a/c.
4. Before I could get a confirmation on the payment, your web-site reported an error and displayed another page (attached with this mail).
5. As per the message at (4), it was obvious that the booking did not go through and it was assumed that no payment has been taken from my account.
6. Meanwhile, I made the bookings directly through another airline.
7. To my surprise, I got a mail from you confirming my bookings and an invoice, which was never confirmed by you while I was online at your site.
8. I immediately contacted your call center in India and did not get any satisfactory reply.
9. I request you to immediately cancel my booking and refund any payment taken out of my account. Was this information helpful? |
