I made booking from coimbatore to hyderabad flight successfully and after few days i got a message saying that particular flight was cancelled by airindia. I immediately called airindia, due to exemplary i made changes to fight which was not suitable for me. And at that time i made a request of refund with compensation but he denied to give so i straight away called makemytrip guy and asked him compensation. As whenever customer cancels the booking that he made he'll be incurred with some charges likewise whenever cancellation is done at airindia or makemytrip due to any situations they've to provide the compensation for sure, i feel the reciprocation of incurring charges should be done on either side when cancellation is going to happen either from any party. To be simplistic when customer cancels booking how charges are incurred on him, in the similar way any airline or makemytrip should provide compensation when they're cancelling
