[Resolved]  MakeMyTrip India — dual payment

On 26.12.2018 for my pearls of europe trip, i have paid an amount of rs. 56, 000 through hdfc credit card. When i got a message that the payment was failed, i made another payment for the same amount. But both the payments were debited from my account. Kindly verify and credit one amount to my account.

In reference to your concern, we have validated the details and found that an amount of Inr 56000/- was charged only on 26-Dec-18 towards a confirm holiday package booking - NL[protected]. There is no other amount was charged by MakeMyTrip. If in case it is still reflecting in your account as debited and not reversed back, request you to please check with your bank for the same.
