Dear Sir,
I booked a flight ticket on 5/11/2018 for travelling from Mumbai to Kolkata( travel date 13/12/2018) through you. Booking id number is NF[protected].
During the transaction my network got disconnected and I was not confirmed the ticket in the first go although by this time my payment through Citibank credit card was executed. Hence I had to try second time for a transaction of Rs 6440. In the second try the ticket got confirmed . I got a confirmed ticket also from you .
I hence request you that one of the transaction being duplicate, please take necessary action on this so that I am not charged twice.
You are also requested to send an invoice for my entire round trip which is as below :
Passenger name : Ms Ruchira paul and Ms Barnali Paul
Travel date : 13 /12/2018 ..Mumbai to Kolkata ( Including cancellation charges for initial ticket of 17/12/2018)
and 23/12 2018( Kolkata to Mumbai)
