We were supposed to make the payment for a package being booked with you guys.. The rep misbehaved at the last moment and then her manager called up and assured to provide the best services.. When we received no revert.. I drafted an email for revert to the manager.. And now i get an email from mmt saying my query has been closed.. I must tell you.. You are losing loyal customers with such service.. A dissatisfied customer will tell 10 other people about the experience with the company Was this information helpful? | |
