[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — Excess / overcharging in hotel booking | |||
I was charged 3 times the room tariff !! I booked a hotel called Pinnacle in ahemdabad for 3days online .After reaching the city &hotel when the actual tariff was found out it was 1/3rd.when this was brought to the hotel authorities they blamed makemytrip for the error..No refund was done ..The quality of hotel rooms as poor with taps leaking /wall plaster peeling .The front office was rude.i would advice no one should stay in this hotel &makemytrip is a fraud company overcharging travellers..There seems to be a nexus between the company &the hotels Was this information helpful? | |||
