[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — Extremely bad services to those who book packages at their website

I had booked a Chandigarh - Shimla - Manali package from MakeMyTrip website, with customizations done. However, after the booking, I never got an itinerary, even after repeated calls to their call centre. Every time I called, the agents gave some disjoint information and never took the ownership. Yatra and other travel sites are so much more friendly and transparent to the customer. MakeMyTrip is best avoided.

I had booked a ticket from Coimbatore to mangalore today credit has been deducted from my friend account and ticket is not yet confirmed soo make sure that we get pnr number as soon as possible or else refund to an same account.
