[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — false commitment by customer care | |||||
I booked a hotel (Chowki dhani) for 2 nights on makemytrip.com for 09/11/2018. Booking id is nh[protected]. 2 days before check in, my wife got diagnosed with dengue who was suppose to travel with me. We contacted makemytrip customer care, where the advisor (Sujata) advised that they can cancel the bookings and as per mmt policy on medical issue refund can be made, we just need to share medical documents. As advised by them, i shared all diagnostic reports, doctors prescription etc. Post 5 days, mmt declined that they cant refund anything. Was this information helpful? | |||||
