I have a flight booked from Dubai to Bangalore through make my trip.
During the process there was a typo error in the email address I entered by Make My Trip system has no facility to verify the email address entered and they send the ticket to incorrect email address entered. They sent a link to manage the booking on my mobile number but while clicking on the link it does not take me to my booking but instead to log in to make my trip id and when I am logging in, I am unable to find the booking since it was made with a wrong email address. I have contacted customer care and it gave me no support to update my email address after giving all my booking details.
I am worried if I will not be notified to any changes to this booking due to poor support system of Make My Trip.
I don't understand how such an established company does not verify the email address you entered.
While calling the customer support in Dubai, there is no option to speak to the support directly but the system asks to update the last four digit of the booking number but the system does not recognize my booking number.
