Hi Team,
I had booked a Return Journey Flight for my parents from CCU-BLR with the following details.
PNR Number From Station To Station Date of Travel Number of Passengers Cancellation Date
GFH4VE CCU BLR Saturday, 15 January, 2022 3 (Three) Monday, 10 January, 2022
GFH4VE BLR CCU Sunday, 23 January, 2022 3 (Three) Monday, 10 January 2022
The airline has canceled the operation of the flight and thus my flight ticket has also got canceled and they have refunded the amount to the agent's (Make My Trip) bank account as I have received confirmation from them. Attached is an Email Confirmation from airlines.
Now Make My Trip has also processed the refund of the Transaction but still the amount is neither credited to my Make My Trip Wallet nor to the Source Bank Account that I have used while making the booking.
It has already been more than a week but yet I have not received any resolution from Make my trip customer care nor Make my trip is accepting my calls.
Please help me to get the refund as soon as possible.
