[Resolved]  MakeMyTrip India — Flight ticket - Rs 16306 deducted twice

A total of Rs.16, 306/- has been deduced twice fro my booking Bagdogra-Delhi-bagdora (27 Apr and 07 May). PNR Z655GT and OYYE7G.

With great difficulty it was sorted out...as there no real human interface with MakeMyTrip (through email, whatsapp either on App or wesbite)...Only a landline...which keeps one holding ..respective of the fact if if it is an international call ..for 20-30 minutes...and again no assurance of help!
MakeMyTrip India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

By mistake, I have transferred Rs from my GPay to MakeMyTrip UPI GPay account.

I am sending mails and calling customer service and getting any response for getting refund.

I didn't except this bad service from recognised organisation.
