MakeMyTrip India — Flights cancelled by Airlines but refund NOT credited

Hi,

I had done following three bookings and subsequently airlines had cancelled these flights due to lockdown. Have not received the credit so far. When I contacted Airlines, they asked me to check with Makemytrip:

Would like to have these refunds immediately. Am unable to reach any of your Customer care executives...
