I had purchased flipkart gift vouchers worth Rs[protected] *2) from MakeMyTrip application on 1st August 2022, but I didn't recieve the vouchers instantly, so i tried contacting there support but was not successful, latter i contacted wohoo but they told me to contact MakeMyTrip instead. On contacting MakeMyTrip support after 1 hr, i was told vouchers have been sent to my mail id and i won't get them on my registered mobile number which to my surprise was nowhere mentioned in there terms and conditions and even while ordering i was shown both the options to recieve the vouchers email and mobile number. I immediately checked my email id and couldn't find them so i checked there application again and saw they had changed my mail id by a letter instead.

n instead of m and they had no option to correct it or send vouchers on nw registered mobile number also. This is simply cheating and totally unacceptable from MakeMyTrip and never expected this from such a premium Ecom site as MakeMyTrip, i humbly request to please send me my vouchers on my registered mobile number as it is a big amount for me and i feel deeply cheated. I am attaching screenshots of my booking too .
