I want to report an issue on make my trip company (MMT)outstation can service. Today, 4 September 2021 around 6:00 am I have booked an outstation cab from airport to IIT Kharagpur. But, due to some issues I had to change the pickup time due to my flight arrival. There was written in voucher, after I booked cancel and reschedule is not available after 4:00 am. What kind of fraud is MMT running on the name of hospitality. We trust MMT for east booking and cancellation service. But I was utterly shocked, when I just cancelled few minutes later the booking and no refund was provided to me. How could you do this. Every citizen earn money by putting their lives on stakes each and every day especially in this covid time. And MMT didn't even bother to provide good service and full refund, if I've not even taken the car ( in my case I have not even seen the car). If I would have known this, I would have booked uber or ola. They are much trustworthy. No petrol or man power have used for the booking via MMT and you have costs me 545 rs for no reason.
I want to raise a strong complaint about this. And I am willing to go to consumer court too if needed.
Kindly provide me refund.
