MakeMyTrip India — Fraudulent Refund by Makemytrip

I had booked an Indigo return flight from my parents through makemytrip for 8196/-. Airline has cancelled the return flight and agreed for full refund. But makemytrip refunded only Rs 5236/-.

Airline has confirmed refund of Rs 7340/- but Makemytrip is trying to still the remaining amount including the MMT convenience fee of Rs 960/-. I have been trying to reach out to them through phone calls for over a week but the phone is conveniently disconnected. There is no option to raise my grievance.

This seems to be a well thought of fraudulent practice of Makemytrip to earn profit by stealing refund amount. It is stupidity to book through makemytrip, always better to book through the airline or hotels directly.
