I applied for Dubai visa on 30th of jan, 2023, I.e on Sunday.
I was told I would get the visa in 2 to 3 days and at the most by 6th of February. (Mentioned in the photos as well). My plan was to leave for Dubai on 10th and return by 15th.
But the agent has forwarded the application to the embassy on 4th of Feb, I.e on Saturday which is not even a working day for the embassy. And I dint still receive the visa even by 8th.
I have my leave only till 15th and need to return by 15th at any cost. Now that the visa is very delayed, I can't got for the trip. I'm very much disappointed by this.
I have been approaching mmt customer care since 3 days and made more than 10 calls. I'm always told I ll get a call back in an hour or two and then no body gets back. They don't even get me connected to their superiors.
Kindly arrange for the full refund as my plan got canceled due to the recklessness of mmt agent divank which caused the delay.
I would also request you to look into the customer care agents who are being so irresponsibleand dont even get me connected to superiors. Nidhi dolly aishwarya are a few names that I could recall.
I'm already very disappointed that I had to cancel my trip because of devank fault. Atleast arrange for refund as they could not fulfill their promises and not cause me financial pain too.
I dont need that visa anymore as I anyway can't go for the trip.

i checked on the uae website and they had issued the visa on 9th of feb.
even on repeated calls, they only say i ll get a call back everytime, which i never get.
the visa validity is for 60 days. its been 10 days that they issued, but mmt doesnt forward it to me.
i need a full refund and not the visa anymore
