On 11th of August I have booked an appartment PNR [protected] & Booking Id NH[protected]. After the booking the concerned person was not picking up the call for an hour. I have to face a huge trouble for finding the house. The house was extremely dirty & smelly. The kitchen was not at all cleaned. The moment we entered the house keeping guy told me that he is going to stay with us. That was very disappointed. I left the house immediately. I want the full refund.
