MakeMyTrip India — Furgery promises regarding trip

Hi,

The very first thing before trip started make my trip team said cruise issue resolved that will be available as activity why he did false promises?
Second no dinner served they distributed fried rice packet was that they called a dinner?
Third i need refund for that activity cost as that is not as we planned.
I need resolution on above point because they are just did false promises and send the people on trip and people cant do any thing just to stuck in that.

Please lodge complaint and take appropriate actions.

I have all the name of make my trip employees who did this furgery.
