[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — harassment to pay additional amount for holiday package | |||
I booked a package for 1.9l with makemytrip and paid an initial amount of 1.33l immediately. 2 days later i got a call from garima from makemytrip that this price was quoted erroneously and i will have to pay additional 20k to secure my booking. I declined to pay this and then her manager kanika arora from makemytrip called me and said that if i don’t pay the additional 20k my current booking will be cancelled and my entire paid amount of 1.33l will not be refunded. I had already provided the the booking number with the earlier request - NL[protected].
I recently got a reply from MMT saying that I will be charged as per the initial quote. But my relationship manager still doesn't have any clue on my complete booking. I am waiting to hear from her for a week now.
Also, no one is updating on what action is being taken against the harassment which I had to go through during this booking, with no fault of mine. I still wait for an update on it.
