[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — hdfc cash back amount not credited | |||
This regarding our booking ( NL[protected] . We paid full booking amount by 10th April 2019 to avail the HDFC Cash back offer . The cash back was suppose to be credited by 30th April 2019 .. We are on 10th May and I am still waiting for the cash back . I am calling MMTP customer support every day but without any resolution ... Can some one help to resolve this issue on priority.. I too have not received the cash back amount on my international travel bookings. Be careful they are fraudsters. Don't go with the brand. Because you will get the answer as it is through HDFC promotional offer and MMT doesn't have any control over it. We as customers are fooled.
