MakeMyTrip India — High cancellation charges for COVID symptoms

I have booked make my trip holiday to Shimla. Due to high fever, sore throat and head ache ( COVID symptoms) I have requested for date change before 24 hrs of trip. But Make my trip has not allowed date change instead they have deducted 40 % of money as cancellation charges. I have paid total 84830 rs for my trip and got refund only 51264 rs. I have already raised complaint with make my trip but still they are not refunding full amt.
I want to escalate this issue.
Even for genuine cases, MakeMyTrip deducting 40% as cancellation charges is huge. Please refund my entire amount.
