This is in reference to the booking Id NL[protected]
I had booked a holiday to north east through MMT on 1st april 2023.the travel date is 5th june 2023.
Now on 27th may i got a call from Mmt that flights are not available and I am supposed to arrange the alternate flights to reach bagdogra.
I had opted for the whole package and it is responsibility of MMT to make necessary arrangements for any mishaps.
I am getting married in next 2 days and this is total harrasment for me.And I had planned my honeymoon trip with this booking.
Moreover there is no way i can connect to customer care the IVR asks me to connect to the relationship officer and there is no way i can connect with them.As no contact numer is provided to me.
Also your represntative Ms shalini Kohli blatently says MMT will not refund a single penny on no show.
Moreover a service request no[protected] was generated by your team saying i have raised the request and closed it by the time they called me to inform me this issue.
I have taken necessary proofs as I am a system engineer and this generation of service request on my behalf without my consent from my MMT account amounts to a cyber fraud and will also persue this complain along with consumer forum complaint.
This is totally unprofessional behaviour from make my trip part.
Also they are not giving any refund and harrasing at the time of my wedding
